 Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped USPS.  
*We do not offer FedEx, UPS, or other private delivery services unless you make arrangements with us prior to ordering. 
 *We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have shipped.  Once orders are in the hands of the shipping company, our hands are tied and we have no way of locating the package.  Please contact USPS and have your tracking number available.

 
Returns, Damages, and Repairs:
We try very hard to accurately represent and picture all items to the best of our ability. We trust that the received item(s) will meet your expectations.  If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, via email or use our "contact us" form above.  We would like to take care of any issues as quickly as possible.   **You are responsible for any return shipping fees**

If you have a damaged item or are interested in an exchange within your order, please contact us within 7 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 7 days pass from the day you receive your order, a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email before the order or items are shipped back to us.

*All returns made for any other reason than being flawed must be in original condition, undamaged and unused. Once the item is received, you will receive your refund via your original payment form.

Please remember, we are a small business.  Some items which are made to order may take longer.  In this case, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped  There are just 2 of us behind the whole business.
